what is your return policy?

LIVVSafe does not have a return or exchange policy.

The  return/replacement of any products ordered on LIVVSafe is based on the terms and conditions as set by the product manufacturers and or sellers. All products are “Non-Returnable” unless specially mentioned on the website under product description.

LIVVSafe hopes that you never have to cancel or return a product.

However, an order can be cancelled and or returned incase:

The order has not been shipped: Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled. The amount paid will be refunded within 7-10 workings days.

Received damaged: While we try to take the utmost care while packaging to ensure that the our products reach you undamaged. It is possible that they might get damaged during transit. In case a product reaches you damaged in transit, we will gladly replace it.

However your are requested in inform us the very day you received the delivery at:

Incorrect order: While we are committed and focused on our fulfilment processes, in case you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, we will gladly have the same picked up and ship the correct order.

All items that are covered under warranty must be returned unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact

What is the refund policy for the product user warranty.

In case a product under warranty needs to be returned due to malfunctioning then we will arrange to send you a replacement. If the same product is not in stock then a refund will be issued within 15 days of from receipt of the product at our warehouse.

However, the refund may also be  subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank .In case of any refund discrepancies, LIVVSafe may at its sole discretion, request you to share with a screenshot of your bank or credit card statement.

LIVVSafe may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour that entitles LIVVSafe to a claim against you.

How does Refund work on based on the different modes of payment :-

The refund will be credited in the original mode of payment.

When will my return be picked up?

We send the return pick-up request to our logistic partner as soon as we receive the return request from you. Our logistic partner will  pick up the product within 3 days of receiving the request.

Our logistic Partner shall make three attempts to pick up the product. If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the return request shall be considered complete at our end. In that scenario, you can raise a fresh return request in case you are eligible. For more details, please contact our Customer Care.

There may be certain pin codes where the pick up service is not available. In case you are in any one of these pin codes, kindly contact us at and we will tell you where to send the product back to us.
