Is LIVVSafe an Indian company? LIVVSafe is an indigenous startup and was born out of the necessity for quality and reliable products as a defence against pollution, airborne viruses, including Covid-19 and sustainability. LIVVSafe is a registered brand of LIVVSecure Pvt. Ltd. which is based out of New Delhi, India. You can contact as at contactus@livvsafe.com

Where are the manufacturing facilities of your products? Our products are either patented in UK or India. Some of our products are Made in India and some are made in the brands factory in Hong Kong.

Do your products conform to international standards? All our products come with globally independent certification. We have selected only those manufacturers that follow ethical practices and are well versed with the international and WHO guidelines.

How do I know that you have received my order? Once you have successfully made the payment, you will receive an order confirmation notification from us on your email address. You will also receive an order confirmation number on email address provided.

How can I check my order status? Once you have placed your order you can view the order status under the “My Orders” option in your LIVVSafe account on our website. We try to dispatch all the orders from our warehouse within two working days. After dispatch, you may track your order on our “track your order” option on our homepage.

Is it safe to use my credit card on livvsafe.com? We do not store credit card information on our website. Your credit card information is safe with our payment solution providers, as they have to follow RBI guidelines.

Where do you deliver ?We currently deliver pan India.

How long does it take to receive my order?All units are supplied on First In First Out Bases - Rotating between 2 to 3 weeks. Standard delivery time is between 2-3 weeks. At LIVVSafe we make every effort to process orders immediately, subject to availability. All orders are serviced on First Come First Served Basis.

Is express shipping available ?All our orders are expressed air shipped.

How are your orders shipped?All LIVVSafe orders are shipped door to door, via our logistic partner.

Will everything be shipped together? Normally all orders are shipped in full, unless an item in your order is not in our stock, in which case we will ship that item separately.

Is it possible to ship to more than one shipping address?No, each order can have only one shipping address. In case you wish to receive the same order at two delivery addresses , you will need to place separate orders.

Can my order be shipped to a Post Office Box?No. Since we offer door to door deliveries through our shipping partners, all orders must include a complete address including a street address.

What are the shipping costs?We provide Free Shipping Pan India.

How can I track my order?You can track your order on our Order Tracking page. If you do not have a tracking number or delivery confirmation number, please contact us. If you are not sure whether or not your order has been shipped yet, you can check the status of your recent orders in My Account

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?Once we receive your order, the shipping address cannot be changed.

My package was undeliverable?The delivery /shipping company will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in your order, before they update us . If you have not received the package, you can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is showing as undeliverable, please call the shipping company at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

Here are some reasons why your package may be undeliverable:

Incorrect Address: LIVVSafe does not take responsibility if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect . If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect, we will consider the order status as closed and no refund will be issued.

Please ensure that you provide a current and correct shipping address.

Post Office Box: LIVVSafe does not deliver to any Post Office box address, normally our system will notify you when you mention a post box number, however if it doesn’t for any reason and the order remains undelivered and is eventually returned to us, we will consider the order status as closed, and no refund will be issued. Please make sure that you do not provide us with a post box number as your shipping address.

Refused by Recipient: Incase you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is sent to them in error, then the package will be returned to us as undeliverable. By informing your gift recipient to expect a package, you will help us ensure that they receive your gift.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept? We accept all credit cards, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Debit Cards (an online real-time authorisation is done through the Payment Gateway). You can also transfer your payment via your Indian bank account directly to us using our payment gateway’s net banking facility. We do not offer COD (Cash on delivery ) facility on LIVVSafe.

When will my credit / debit card be charged? Your credit card / debit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secured payment gateway. (an online real-time authorisation is done through the our payment gateway)

Are taxes included in my bill? All product prices are inclusive of GST.

I want to change my billing address? In order for us to successfully process your credit card, you must provide the billing address which is REGISTERED ON your credit card.

How do I contact customer services? You can email us at customer support, or refer to our ‘Contact Us’ pages for the relevant email addresses.

How can I remove my email address from your mailing list ? You can unsubscribe, post which you will not receive any promotional mails from us.

Is my information safe? We do not share your information with others. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Is it possible to order by email ? Yes! In case you wish you can order by email. Your order can be emailed to us at customer support

Can I place my order by phone? In case you wish to place an order by phone, kindly email us and someone from our team will connect with you and assist you in choosing the right unit and help you purchase the same. We respond to all queries within 48 hour.

In case I have a problem with my order, whom shall I contact? If you have any problems or concerns about your order, please email us at customer support

Can I modify my order? You can modify your order at any time during the shopping process by editing / modifying your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment for the items in your shopping cart, the order is considered as final and cannot be modified.

What is your return/exchange policy ? We do not have a return or exchange policy, we offer replacements only in case the product is under the manufacturers warranty and is specifically mentioned on the website under product description.

How can I cancel my order? Your order can only be cancelled if it hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse. To cancel, write to us at customer support.
